This car is in particularly stunning condition. It was first registered in Japan in June 1998 and a fresh import into the UK with no UK owners; it has covered around 38000 miles. The car benefits from factory option front NISSMO bumper/ spoiler, Junzai side skirts and Junzai rear bumper, stunning lightweight Volk Racing SE37 17 alloy race wheels which are in superb order, adjustable up rated and lowered suspension, though this is set similar to standard giving a very comfortable ride. The car has tinted glass. Inside the car is superb. It has been fitted with a pair of blue Recaro Speed sports seats that are in perfect condition and are superbly supportive and comfortable. A NISMO 320MPH speedo has been fitted and 5 piece Skyline floor mats have protected the carpet from new. The car has the optional TV/Sat Navigation although this does not function in the UK without work it elevates and retracts from the middle of the dashboard looking pretty impressive! Nissan Skyline R34 GT-T.............. If you are a new to Skylines and are finding the model are confusing click the link below. The R34 GT-T is a development of the R33 GTS-T and as such uses a similar 2500cc single turbo RB25DET straight six cylinder engine driving the rear wheels. As a successor to the R33 the car has a number of improvements however, both major and minor, throughout the vehicle. Aside from bringing the looks up to date in early 1998, Nissan tackled the R33s major flaw with the introduction of a phenomenally effective intelligent traction control system, which actually allows the car to make full use of its huge power in less than perfect conditions! The R34 continued the R33s tradition in providing adequate boot space and real rear seats in a coupe that is refined enough to be driven huge miles in comfort while offering near supercar performance. As well as the traction control the newer car benefitted from having a new super efficient NEO cylinder head fitted to the RB25DET engine which boosted standard power to 280BHP as well as lowering emissions, increasing MPG and allowed the car to be classified as a Low Emission Vehicle (LEV). Also fitted to the R34 were XENON gas discharge headlights, both passenger and drivers SRS airbags as standard, slip control, anti lock brakes, power assisted steering, leather trimmed sports steering wheel, and UV tinted glass (some cars have rear privacy glass from the factory). Ice cold air conditioning for the summer months is fitted with effective climate control to maintain a steady temperature. Retractable mirrors, central locking, electric windows, rear wash wipe, internally adjustable headlamps centre console and sports front seats complete the driver comforts, while HiCas intelligent 4 wheel steering constantly monitors the cars speed and G-loading and adjusts the rear wheels to provide more sure and accurate response and on the limit cornering. Factory options on the R34 GT are tilt slide sunroof, silent exhaust (!), privacy glass and a stunning Nismo (Nissan Motor Sports) aerokit. However, the most significant option with the introduction of the R34 tiptronic transmission with up/down paddles located in the steering wheel in a similar fashion to Ferrari F355 / 360 type systems that Nissan offered alongside the normal 5 speed manual model. The tiptronic car has 3 modes, a steering wheel change, stick change (forward down back up) and a fully automatic mode. While in either of the tiptronic modes the driver controls the shift up and down with the change able to take place without lifting the accelerator. The gearbox software is designed with an override to stop the engine being over revved on accidental down change. As with the R33 the RB25DTT engine is very tunable. As stated previously in standard form the engine produces 280BHP and is easily tuned to produce over 350BHP without huge expense and internal modifications. Taken further the car, with up rated pistons, head gasket and steel turbo can be made to produce over 600BHP! Lots of R34s have been modified in Japan to varying degrees with mods aimed at boosting performance or handling a little for everyday use, to turning the car into a track based competition vehicle. In all, the R34 GT is a fantastic safe, refined, economical and very fast coupe that provides comfortable seating for 4 adults with good boot space and jaw dropping good looks.
